3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Trading Rules

All trades executed on the platform are final. Market orders are filled at the best available price. The platform reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of system error, market manipulation, or extraordinary market conditions.

5. Fees

Trading fees, withdrawal fees, and other applicable charges are published on our fee schedule page. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
